Pick a method for your Strength

Method When it fits Limits
Spawn dummies Any Strength. Lower Power Output and mash basic attacks. No fight-back. Items that add stats per hit work.
Image Training / shadows After you beat Tien. Shadows only use basic attacks, stamina breaks, and vanishes. The summon key is disputed: official U is Image Training, Tien's reward line says Shadow Training on Y.
Mentors As soon as you meet the Strength gate. You also learn moves. King Kai and Broly (DBS) are not repeatable spar rewards.
Gravity Chamber 15,000 Strength and 10,000 Zeni. Input M1 and M2 before your health runs out. 1.5 hours inside, once every 8 hours.
Hyperbolic Time Chamber Gamepass plus 20,000 Strength. Minigame or sparring, including shadows and stat items. 2 hours inside, once every 8 hours. 750 Robux on the gamepass page dated 2 September 2025.
Dragon Stone quests When a quest is a short kill. Stones buy Ki Skill Mastery or direct stats. Daily quests are once per day.
Shenron After seven Dragon Balls. Strength wish is the documented 30,000 / 30,000. NilSaiyanz at Nam's Village can hand out free Dragon Balls on login.

Gravity upgrades

Dr. Brief at Capsule Corp on Earth has a one-time Gravity Upgrade chain:

  1. 10 ore and 30,000 Zeni for 100G.
  2. Defeat 5 cyborgs for 150G.
  3. 5 special ore for 200G.
  4. 50,000 Zeni for 350G.

The quest page points these stages at Gravity Chamber upgrades. It does not say the chamber's 15,000 Strength entry rule changes.

A practical loop

If you can already beat the next mentor, do that first. The move is worth more than a few hundred dummy stats. If the mentor kills you, drop Power Output and hit dummies or shadows until both Strength and Defense clear the gate. Do not dump every Dragon Stone into one stat if the next form checks both.
