Dragon Balls and Shenron wishes

Shenron's documented strength wish is 30,000 Strength and 30,000 Defense, and NilSaiyanz at Nam's Village can hand out free Dragon Balls.

What is confirmed on the Reborn stats page

Seven Dragon Balls summon Shenron. The strength wish on that page gives 30,000 Strength and 30,000 Defense. NilSaiyanz at Nam's Village can give free Dragon Balls, so it is worth checking that NPC when you log in.

Orange Namekian requires a Namekian to summon Shenron, plus 90,000 Strength and 90,000 Defense on the transformations page.

Wish list from the Remastered Dragon Ball page

A second community page for the same former title lists these wishes:

  • Strength: 30,000 Strength and 30,000 Defense as of the Kid Buu update, with a note that the amount is regularly increased.
  • Zeni: 1,000,000 Zeni.
  • Items: 300 of each ingredient, plus 300 bananas and 300 apples.
  • Immortality: 999 lives.
  • Awaken Latent Power: Namekian only. Unlocks Orange Namekian.

That page also says balls spawn about every 4 hours, and you must have been alive for 10 minutes before a ball enters your inventory. Summon from the Dragon Balls tab. An old level wish was removed when levels were dropped in favor of stats.

Only some of the claimed 50-plus spawn points were written down, and the location list was not complete in the text used here. Search rather than walking a guessed route.

Radar

Y is the community key for the Dragon Radar. Bulma's radar is the purchasable version. The Permanent Dragon Radar gamepass, listed at 250 Robux, extends the range from 400 studs to 500 studs.
